‘KHANDANI RAJDHANI’ THE ULTIMATE VEG – THALI RESTAURANT IN TOWN!
Hey there foodies this blog is going to be interesting for my vegetarian audience as I have picked the best restaurant that serves the best Gujrati and Rajasthani Thalis. My first experience was very nice. I had dined with my family so the ambiance was very calm and soothing. For a single person the atmosphere might be relaxing as the low light calms the mind. According to me the ambiance gets a 10 out of 10.

Talking about Khandani Rajdhani’s history it’s a flagship brand of Mirah Hospitality and serves 100% pure vegetarian Gujarati and Rajasthani cuisine. They have many outlets across Indian and abroad. Dining here is one of a kind experiences as every person is welcomed with a tikka by a smiling staff member. Every single dish of the 31 dishes served in the thali gives the taste of the tradition that fulfills the famous Rajdhani Thali.
I had tried the platter and the thali comprised of 31 dishes including drinks, starters, main course, and dessert. My meal was started with Veg Tikki and Papri Chaat along with Kerri Panna (raw mango juice) and Chaas. Then starting with the main course there was Daal Baati Churma (Rajasthan’s traditional and staple dish famous in North India), followed by Makki ki Roti, Bajre ki Roti, Poori, Thepla and Pulao. Talking about the various curries I was served with Paneer, Rajma Masala, Aloo ki Sabji, Mix Veg, Brinjal Bharta, Kadhi, Khichdi, and three types of Daals (pulses curry). Finishing with the Desserts I had Sweet Dhokla, Rasgulla, Jalebi, and Gajar ka Halwa.

The best dish which wants me to come back is the Daal Baati Churma which was served with hot ghee was cheery on the top. The Paneer sabji and Rajma Sabji were top of the notch.
Staffs and their hospitality were 10 out of 10 they were prompt and always ready to help. Their way of serving is unique as they gave information about every dish served. For a first-timer who is unaware of Rajasthani or Gujrati food will like the gesture and hospitality served here. Timely there are food festivals like Aamilicious and Swaad Kesaria were exclusive dishes are served during the Festivals. To know more check out this video.

After the meal, they provided me with a feedback form and a pencil and I was requested to fill the form it’s a very nice way of getting the customers valuable feedback and at the exit there was a gong if you hit it they would thank you for the visit. My first-time experience with Khandani Rajdhani was very good and I would like to rate it 9 out of 10 as Desserts was the part which could have been improved overall the experience was one of kind and you would come back with a happy face that’s fully assured.
